This assignment serves a number of purposes. It brings theory and practice into play through critical
evaluation of implementation in the business, public sector or not-for-profit organisation where you
work. In doing so, it furthers your knowledge of strategic management and your ability to apply theory
to practice. It also compels you to look beyond current practice, to what could be through the provision
of recommendations for the enhancement of strategy implementation.
